Refund & Cancellation Policy
1. Non-Refundable Exam Fee
The registration and entrance exam fee of ₹999.00 INR for the RSTNAT 2026 is non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances.
Once the payment is successfully completed, requests for refunds, cancellations, or rescheduling of the exam slot will not be entertained, as the fees are utilized to cover proctoring infrastructure and administrative costs.
2. Duplicate / Failed Transactions
In case of duplicate transactions where an applicant is charged multiple times due to payment gateway delays or connectivity issues:
- The duplicate amount will be refunded automatically by the bank/payment gateway processor within 7 to 10 working days.
- If the duplicate charge does not reflect back in your account, please send an email to info@raisesmartschool.com with your registered Email, Mobile number, and Payment Transaction IDs/Screenshot of receipt. We will verify and process the chargeback within 5 working days from our side.
3. Cancellation of Admission
If a candidate's registration or subsequent admission is cancelled due to:
- Failure to meet the eligibility criteria.
- Providing false information or documents.
- Violating proctored exam regulations or cheating.
The registration fee (₹999.00 INR) will remain forfeited, and no refunds will be provided.
